Meet Amy
Amy is a consummate hostess with a passion for travel. She loves planning get togethers as well as get aways! She has traveled extensively in the United States and abroad through the years, personally and professionally during a career as a flight attendant.
Her grandmother, one of her earliest travel inspirations, used to reply, “what time and how much?” whenever asked to go somewhere. This attitude has helped form AMBL Travel into an enthusiastic and energetic supporter of all journeys. Raised in a large family in Richmond Virginia, Amy has also lived in San Francisco and Boston. She and her husband raised their three children in Virginia, dividing time between Old Town Alexandria and Virginia Beach.
Experiencing a variety of travel scenarios Amy has journeyed with her husband and three children, multi-generational family groups, couples, friends, and on her own. Whether hitch-hiking in Ireland during college, having tea in The Forbidden City, or being tucked into the lush blankets of a horse-drawn sleigh at Chateau Lake Louise, Amy knows there is something to cherish in every adventure!
